We accept payment for products and services by Visa, Mastercard and Direct Deposit.
When an order is placed for an in-stock item it will be processed and shipped as soon as possible. Some items may be out of stock or on backorder, and we will endeavour to supply such orders to our customers as soon as the product is available. Delays are still possible of course, particularly on special orders or customised items. Please note that the cancellation or return of special or customised orders may incur a cancellation or re-stocking fee at our discretion.
When accessing the website from Australia all prices shown include Australian GST. Customers viewing the website from overseas (or when using a VPN which hides you IP address) will be shown ex-GST prices. Goods for export are not subject to Australian GST, however the buyer is responsible for any duties and charges applicable when the goods arrive at their destination. New Zealand customers should note that orders totalling over $400 will incur tax charges payable to New Zealand customs.
Although we make efforts to keep pricing up-to-date, prices are subject to vary without notice due to changes in wholesale pricing and/or currency fluctuations. We also accept laybys. Our terms for laybys are 25% deposit and finalised within 2 months. During that period, we require regular payments to be made. Please contact our staff in-store to make layby arrangements.
Please choose products carefully as we do not offer refunds if you change your mind. Product returns, excluding warranty issues, will incur a restocking fee of 20%, plus other costs if applicable.
