The iOptron heavy duty Tri-Pier 360A combines the strength and stability of a pier with the leveling flexibility of a tripod. 5mm thick aluminum alloy pier and CNC machined legs with adjustable feet.
The Tri-Pier 360A can be used for the following mounts directly:
- CEM120
- CEM70
- CEM60
- iEQ45 Pro/iEQ45
- Paramount MyT
It can also be used for the following mounts with extra parts or an adapter:
- AZ Mount Pro/MiniTower/MiniTower Pro (Requires Star Knobs with Center Post 8340-PIER)
- CEM40/GEM45 (Requires MiniPier 8032 or MiniPier Top Plate 8032PT-CEM40)
- Takahashi (EM-200), SkyWatcher (HEQ5/EQ6/NEQ6/AZEQ6), Celestron (CGEM/CGEM-DX), Orion Atlas (EQ-G/AZEQ-G) (Requires Tri-Pier adapter 8036-TK) or (ASTROWORX EQ6 Pier Plate Adapter – highly recommended)
- Astro-Physics 400/600E/Mach1GOTO (Requires Tri-Pier adapter 8036-AP)
