The HEQ5 pinion gear extractor tool allows you to easily remove the pinion gear from the motor shaft. This tool makes the Rowan Astronomy HEQ5 Belt Drive Kit easy to install.
Choose the extractor size for your mounts pinion through hole diameter.
Please remove the HEQ5 side panel and measure the diameter of the shaft shown in the photo below.
The measurement will be 3mm or 4mm.
