The CFF Telescopes 140mm f/6.5 Oil-spaced Triplet Refractor is a remarkable instrument. It is a medium-size refractor that targets both visual astronomers and imagers alike. Its cell contains hand-finished, European lenses, which provide top quality planetary as well as unrivalled deep-sky views.

Paired with the CFF Field Corrector for Medium Format, the 140 mm F/6.5 is suitable for imagers using sensors bigger than full-frame.

This slightly shorter (915mm) focal length versions is aimed at deep-sky observers but will also suit planetary observers that want to enjoy the best correction possible at the eyepiece. The telescope has a colour correction which is tuned specially for planetary-visual peak wavelengths.

Note: this telescope is manufactured on request.
